  • All shipping rates and dates are listed on the checkout page after filling in your shipping information. It's impossible for us to provide you that information as every location and order is different.
  • Walk-ins or pick up services are not permitted under any circumstance. No exceptions. All orders must be placed online and shipped from our warehouse with our carriers.
  • The restock date of out of stock products are listed on the product page. If you don't see a restock date, then there is no in bound shipment for them to be restocked. If there's no date listed, we do not know when it will be restocked.
  • We do not currently provide phone support. All inquiries must be communicated by email.
  • Order discrepancies cannot be resolved through support or an email. An RMA must be submitted for all order discrepancies. RMA is not just for returns, but any kind of order discrepancy for existing orders.
  • Tracking details are emailed to you at the time your order ships, and can be reviewed in your account profile on the website.
  • All current promotions are listed on our deals page. If you are interested in a deal or promotion but it is not listed on our deals page then it is not currently offered.
  • Before messaging us, please review our Shipping Policy, our Return Policy, and any other resource page that might answer a general question.
