RETURN POLICY


Returns

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, not including shipping.

Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs which will not be refunded.

Please complete the RMA Form to submit your return request.  We will respond within one business day.


Exchanges

You may exchange a defective, opened item for the identical item within 10 days of delivery. 

Please note that you will not be responsible for return shipping costs. 

Please complete the RMA Form to submit your exchange request.  We will respond within one business day.


Exceptions

You may not return or exchange a clearance item under any circumstance.


Disclaimer

Refunds do not include the shipping charge shown on the packing slip and invoice. The shipping charge for your return must be prepaid and insured (optional) by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to items during your return shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return shipment. The shipping charge will not be refunded. Any amounts refunded for your item(s) will not include the cost of shipping. We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange requested.
