Why am I being charged for shipping, if I'm eligible for free shipping?

Read below for some reasons why you are being charged shipping.

1. Your subtotal must be $119 or more. 
2. Must be $119 after applying discount codes and reward points. 
3. Free shipping applies to most locations within Canada & USA (not including Alaska or Hawaii).
