Shipping costs and time.

The only way to figure out when your package is estimated to arrive, and how much it will cost, is to proceed with your order and fill out the complete shipping address and information.  Once this has been inputted, you will have a chance to view the shipping date and rate before confirming your order. 

If your items are very time sensitive, or you need them rushed, you should consider choosing express or expedited shipping.  Also keep in mind that packages sometimes get delayed, and this is out of our control.  Don't select a date that is the last possible date you can receive it.  Ensure to include a buffer time in case of delays. Delivery dates are only estimates, not guarantees. Only Express Shipping is guaranteed. 

Shipping Dates/Rates FAQ

1. Why can't I know the date/rate beforehand? We do not offer flat rates because we want you to get the best rates on shipping.  Therefore, we need to know where it is going, and the size/weight of your order before we can give you an idea of the cost or when it will arrive. 
2. Why does it cost so much? Keep in mind our rates are very competitive, and we even absorb some of the cost of the shipping to help offer you the best shipping rates.  If you have very heavy items (such as balloon weights), then the cost will be much more.  This is due to how courriers charge us, not according to our preference. 
3. I need it right away! We do prioritize orders that choose express or expedited shipping.  If you know you need the order within a few days, think about selecting one of these instead of standard shipping.  Again, this will depend where you are located (how far from us, and if you are in a city or a remote town).  When you input your shipping information and the type of shipping you prefer, it will offer some estimated shipping dates.  Keep in mind this does not include any delays due to weather and other unforeseen interruptions.
