Why is there a restocking fee for returns?

Reasons For The Restocking Fee

1) Wholesale pricing doesn't include costs associated with returning items like retail pricing does. That's part of why we can offer the lowest wholesale pricing possible.

2) When you originally placed your order, there were costs associated with the labor to pick and pack your order, packaging materials used to pack your order, and the original transaction fee charged to us by the payment processor. We also absorb all or a percentage of the shipping cost.

3) When we receive your return, the restocking fee covers the above costs that we absorbed to originally process your order, and it also covers the cost to restock your order which includes inspecting the returned order, confirming that all items are included and in new condition, processing the credit memo, putting the items back into our system's inventory, and restocking the items back onto the shelf.
