Do balloons arrive inflated?

We are an online wholesaler and ship all balloons flat, that is, not inflated.

You are more than welcome to place an order by simply creating an account, adding items to your cart, and checking out.

We do sell hand pumps or electric air inflators if you require them to fill up your balloons. We also sell helium valves and accessories for your helium tanks.
