You may not return or exchange a clearance item under any circumstance. You may not return Sparkle Lites products.
Defective claims on Mylar/Foil balloons not inflated with a proper Mylar/Foil inflator will not qualify for a refund.
A refund will only be issued for items that are in new, unopened and unused condition. Refunds do not include the shipping charge shown on the packing slip and invoice. The shipping charge for your return must be prepaid and insured (optional) by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to items during your return shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return shipment. The shipping charge for returns will not be refunded.
