Items missing from my order.

Why do I have items missing from my order?

Balloons Online is committed to packing your orders well and properly.  It is quite rare that items are actually missing, so please read below first before contacting us to ensure that you do in fact have missing items.  

Before Contacting Us

  1. Did you order "flat" Mylar/foil balloons? If you did, they will not come individually packaged.  They will arrive all together in one plastic bag, folded together.  Please open the bag and check that all your flat balloons are there.  Sometimes they may get stuck together as well due to static, so be sure to check carefully. 
  2. Count Your Items. Some customers expect some items/packages to appear different.  Go through your order list one by one, and see if there are any "unidentified" items in your shipment.  These might be the missing items, so take a close look at each item in the shipment. For instance, if you ordered 3 bags of pink latex balloons, 1 bag of white latex balloons, and 10 "flat/unpackaged" Mylar balloons, then you will see only 5 bags, but there will be 14 items total.  
  3. Items may be packaged differently. Some items come to us packaged in 2, 3, or more.  You may receive a package of 3 bundled together, and a package of 1 if you ordered 4 of a specific item.   Please look closely at what's inside each bundle. 

 

If Items Are Missing

 

If items are missing due to an error on our part, we will gladly and quickly resolve this for you. 


 

Please contact us so we can resolve the solution as quickly as possible.  However, before contacting us please ensure you have the following information:

  1. The order number, or the name and email used to place the order
  2. Clear pictures of the contents of what you do have. 
  3. Clear pictures of the packaging, especially if you see that it has been tampered with in any way (cut or broken box/packaging)
